ISPT has partnered with Gurru Solutions to empower the Spring Place team in achieving our sustainability goals.

With a NABERS Waste target of 4.5 Stars across our office portfolio, and a target of zero organic waste to landfill, we are committed to excellence in waste management.

ISPT’s 2025 target is to send zero organics to landfill from our properties.

This page is designed to provide all tenants with essential waste information and support. From detailed waste stream insights to easy sign-ups for Bintracker Engage educational materials, our goal is to equip staff with the tools and resources they need for effective waste management and operational efficiency.

Waste Acceptance Criteria

All waste that cannot be recycled, excluding hazardous materials and liquids.

✓ Straws & disposable cutlery
✓ Polystyrene
✓ Plastic ream wrappers
✓ Tea bags
✓ Broken crockery

For paper and cardboard waste.

Remember to empty and rinse bottles before disposal to prevent contamination.
Although they are eligible for Mixed Recycling, please place cans, plastic and glass bottles with a 10c refundable label in CDS instead.

Avoid placing non-organic materials such as plastics or metals in these bins to facilitate proper composting.
